Become an exhibitor for our 2025 conference June 11-12 in La Crosse, WI!
This nationally recognized conference addresses timely topics and attracts 500-600 participants each year. On behalf of the 4-State (IL, IA, MN, WI) Dairy Extension group, we encourage you to help with this year's sponsorship. Sponsorships from companies like yours keep the cost reasonable for participants. It is also valuable for participants to learn about your latest products. Thank you for your past support and we look forward to your continuing sponsorship this year. If you have never been a sponsor, please consider this opportunity to promote your company as well as to support this educational effort.

Booth Information
BOOTH INFORMATION
Size of Space
The size of each booth space is 8' wide x 5' deep. This includes a 6' skirted table and 2 chairs.
Installation of Exhibits
Exhibitor set up time will be 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, and 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Wednesday.
Removal of Exhibits
Exhibitors will not be permitted to remove exhibits before 11 a.m. on Thursday.
Hours of Exhibit
The tradeshow will be open from 11 a.m. to 5:10 p.m. on Wednesday and from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Thursday. There will be open hours for conference attendees to view the trade show in each day’s program.
